Heath Bar Cookies
1 package unsalted saltines
1 3/4 stick butter or margarine
3/4 c sugar
12 oz chocolate chips
- Line jelly roll pan with foil
- Lay crackers in rows on foil
- Melt butter in small saucepan
- Add sugar and bring to boil. Boil for 1min
- Pour evenly over crackers
- Bake at 400 for 8-10min until LIGHT brown
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over crackers and wait 1-2min for chips to get shiney
- Spread chocolate with spatula
- Let set 10min
- Score around cracker shapes
- Refrigerate til cold
- Fully cut through crackers and remove from foil
