Peanut Butter Cookies

2 c flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 1/4 c brown sugar

1 1/4 c white sguar

1 c butter or margarine

3 large eggs

1 c peanut butter

2 tsp vanilla

• Preheat oven to 300
• In a medium bowl combine the dry ingredients - set aside
• In a large bowl mix sugars
• Add butter, eggs, and vanilla
• Mix at medium speed until light and fluffy
• Add flour mix at low speed
• Put 1 Tbs scoops on cookie sheet
• Use fork to smoosh, puhing one way and then perpendicular to it
• Bake 18min or until golden brown along edges

For variation add M&Ms to top after 10min of cooking and then return to oven.
