1 c cornsyrup
1 c sugar
1 c peanut butter
6 c rice crispies
6 oz chocolate chips
6 oz butterscotch chips
- Mix corn syrup and sugar, bring to boil
- Remove from heat
- Add peanut butter and mix until smooth
- Add crispies and mix until well coated
- Put mix in a well-buttered 13x9. Press firmly until flat
- In a double-broiler melt chips (butterscotch beneath chocolate)
- Pour over crispies leveling with a spatula
- Let cool 30min or until chocolate is hard
