Turtles

1 large bag of caramels

2/3 c evaporated milk

German chocolate cake mix

2 c chocolate chips

3/4 butter or margarine - melted

• Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13x9" pan
• Melt caramels and 1/3c milk in double broiler
• Mix cake mix, butter, and 1/3c milk
• Press 1/2 cake mix on bottom of pan
• Bake 8min
• Sprinkle chips over
• Drizzle with caramel
• Top with other half of cake mix
• Bake for an additional 15-18min
• Allow to cool completely before cutting
