This is the fish I caught when I went fishing with my father in the Monterey Bay. It is a Sea bass which is a kind of white fish and very yummy. My dad got three smallish fish and the other guy in the boat got two medium size fish (one it took like 10min to bring in because it had the hook in its side). My fish is probably like 4ft long and weighted about 40lbs. This is quite large for sea bass. When I first got it on my line it decided to leave and swam over 300ft away after which I slowly had to reel it in. He put up quite a fight. That is my dog Molly in the bottom right corner. She doesn't like the fish very much.
