Blackening Spice

1/3 c salt

1/4 c powdered garlic

1/4 c fresh ground pepper

2 Tbs cayenne pepper

2 Tbs thyme

2 Tbs oregano

1/3 c paprika

3 Tbs powdered onion

• Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly
• Pour into glass jar, seal

NOTE: Kept in a dry place will remain good for several years
