Chicken Parmesan
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 stick butter or margarine - melted
2 lbs chicken - cut into pieces no longer than 2x2 inches
1 c dried bread crumbs
1/3 c parmesan chesse - grates
2 Tbsp fresh parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Large pinch of Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp pepper
- Preheat oven to 450
- Combine minced garlic with melted butter.
- In another bowl mix bread crumbs, parmesan, and herbs.
- Dip chicken into garlic butter, then into crumb mixture to coat.
- Place coated chicken pieces into a 13x9 lined with aluminum foil. Try
to leave a little room between each piece.
- Drizzle with remaining garlic butter and bake uncovered 15 min or
until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
