Crumby Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts - cubed
1 bag herb stuffing
1/2 c butteror margarine - melted
1 can chicken broth
- Mix stuffing, 1/2 broth and butter
- Put chicken in 13x9
- Spread stuffing mix over chicken
- Add remaining broth
- Cook at 350 for 20-30min
- If stuffing starts to dry out add more broth or water
NOTE: this is a good dish for pot lucks as it can be brought to 5 min of being done and then cooked the rest at the party
