Imperial Chicken
5-6 chicken breasts
2 c bread crumbs
3/4 c grated parmesan
1/4 c parsley - chopped
1 clove garlic - minced
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
l c butter or margarine - melted
- Mix bread crumbs, cheese. parsley, garlic, salt and peper
- Dip each piece of chicken in butter
- Dip in crumb mix, be sure each piece is well-coated
- Arrange in baking dish
- Pour remaining butter over all
- Cook at 350 for 30min
