Smoke Salmon Quiche
- 1 premade pie crust
- 4 eggs - beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 medium onion - chopped
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 2 oz smoked salmon
- 3 oz goat cheese (or cheddar) - crumble d(grated)
- 1 scallion greens - chopped
- salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place pie crust in pan according to directions
- Spread smoked salmon over bottom of pie pan, sprinkle goat cheese on
salmon, top with chopped onion, press firmly into shell
- Mix eggs, milk, spices, and garlic. Pour over onion
- Top with scallion
- Place in oven for 35 minutes
- Check every 8-10 minute until golden brown and dry
