Calico Bean Soup

Butter beans - 2 cans

Navy (white) beans - 2 cans

Kidney beans - 2 cans

Pinquintos - 2 cans

Great Northern beans - 2 cans

1 yellow onion - chopped

1 Tbs mustard

1 Tbs tabasco

1 c brown sugar (or more to taste)

1 hammock (or 4 slices cooked bacon) - chopped

• Combine in a extra-large saucepan
• Cook on medium heat for several hours or until beans are soft
