Spinach Salad

1 package spinach - already cleaned

1 package pecans - chopped

1 package small curd cottage cheese

---

• Put cheese in strainer and run under water so all that is left is curds
• Layer spinach leaves, pecans and cottage cheese in a small bowl

Dressing

1 c sour cream

4 tsp horse radish

1/2 c sugar

1/2 tsp salt

3 Tbs white vinegar

• Mix in blender, pour over salad
