My Family

My father, Adam, lives in Philadelphia, and is a firefighter. He's also an artist, has shows every once in a while . . . does found-object sculpture.

My mother lives elsewhere in Philadelphia, with my brother Zack. Her name is Debi. The inspiration to homeschool us was entirely hers, for which I shall be forever grateful. She had a bad experience over all with schools, and didn't think it necessary for us to have the same. Damn straight. She works at home, doing word-processing for a living and homeschooling my brother. . .

My brother Zack is 16, and has never been to school. He plays the flute, is involved with a lot of U.U. and homeschooling things, and kicks it something serious when it comes to tai-chi.

And my sister, Dawn, who is more awesome than anyone in the world, just graduated from St. John's College in Annapolis. She just started as the Director of Religious Education at Davies Memorial U.U. Church. She's married to the also-awesome Matthew Borchelt. Here's the couple in love.
