My Interests

I am fascinated by the interaction of ecosystem level changes and human health. How may deforestation impact the spread of malaria? What will rising ocean temperatures mean for the spread of cholera? How can developing nations spur their economy while managing their natural resources in a sustainable manner so as to maintain or improve health?

My Future:

Who can tell? I'm still deciding between working in the Foreign Service, running a high tea shop, writing the Great American Novel, or singing for an indie rock band. I'll let you know what I decide.
