Set Productions is my little ghetto production company. Why set? The word set has more definitions than any other word in the english language, which I think reflects my eclectic style and taste

What do I do? Two things really. First, I make electronica tracks, including beats, samples, loops, etc. I started out with dark trip-hopish stuff, which I still do, but I have a couple of jungle tracks to my finished products. Aside from early works my beats are all original (using Hammerhead), and I only use Acid and Cool Edit to lace my tracks. So far I only have a few tracks that I think are good enough to share with others, but one of them is the first one I made which got me into this thing in the first place (and trip-hop remix of the Eyes Wide Shut chant). The problem for me right now is sampling. Most of my tracks now use samples from well known works, especially films and classical music. But I'm not making money off them so whatever.

Secondly, I do film, my real artistic passion. Short indenpent low budget type flicks with friends as actors. I don't even own my camera, nor do I have access to any editing equipment. Just a borrowed camcorder or two and two commerical decks. Like I said, ghetto.
