QOD #6
Note: This question is extrapolated from the solution and memory
A well-known riddle goes something like this:
A hunter leaves his cabin, and walks one miles south, and then one mile east. There he sees a bear and kills it. He drags the bear one mile north and ends up back at his cabin. What color is the bear?
Now, the answer is that the bear is white because the hunter seems to have his cabin situated directly at the North Pole, where polar bears roam.
The question is:
Where else (on Earth) could the hunter have been?
