All three dates, Oct. 31 , Nov 27, and Dec 25 are all mathematically equivalent because 31_oct ( or 31_{base 8}) = 27_novbase9) = 25_dec ( or 25 _base10).

So who knows the answer to the bonus question?
Someone circled the word "one's" in the first sentence and wrote beside it, "ONES. SYNTAX!" Of course, that doesn't explain why no one corrected the hundreds of other grammatical errors in these QODs
