This is one document, frames are simulated with CSS. All styles are embedded in the page. The Center DIV has been elongated to show the scrollbar caused by the overflow: auto property, and the Right and Left (dark grey) DIVs will scroll also if more content is added.
Confirmed in Mozilla 1.1a, and IE5.0/Win.
Opera 6 does not support overflow, so it breaks.
Version 2.0 - header divided into 3 parts, & added doctype, comments.
Version 1.0 - Simulated a Header frame, with left and right frames on the body.
