Ms. Sakai took this picture of Winston, Jenny, Alice, and I before we saw Riverdance at Wolftrap Farm, an open-air theater in Virginia, in August of 1998.
I drove cross-country with David and Andy in September 2000. David caught me admiring Monet's at the Art Institute of Chicago.

At Caltech Commencement in June 2003, I received a leadership award. My dad snapped a picture of me after President Baltimore called me to the stage.
Later in June 2003 I drove back across the country and Eugene took a picture of Katharine and I getting out of my car as the sun set over White Sands, New Mexico.
