Asparagus Pecan Saute
- 1 lb. asparagus
- 1/8 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- balsamic vinegar to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in skillet. Sauté asparagus in oil for about 7
minutes. Add chopped pecans. Add balsamic vinegar, a little at a
time, to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 3-4.
Preparation time: 10 minutes.
