Black Beans and Tofu

Slice tofu very thinly (1/8 inch thick strips) and fry in oil. Season with white pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt to taste. Dice vegetables, and put beans and vegetables in a separate pan and heat.

Mix and serve with rice.

Serves 5.

Preparation time: 30 minutes.
