Coconut Pudding Squares

Simmer milk and vanilla for 5 minutes in medium-size pot. Mix sugar and cornstarch in a small bowl. Combine sugar mixture to coconut milk and stir until the mixture thickens.

Pour into a square pan (8 inch by 8 inch). Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
