Green Bean Salad
- 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 lbs. green beans
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dill
- 1/2 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 1 small purple onion, chopped
- 4 oz. brewer's yeast cheese
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Steam green beans. Toss all ingredients together.
