Maple Apple Fruit Dip
- 1 cup silken tofu
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1-2 medium apples, sliced
- (optional) other fruit, sliced
In a blender or food processor, process all the ingredients thoroughly
until smooth and creamy. Spoon into a small bowl and use as a dip for
the slices of apple and other fruits. Serve well chilled. Makes
approximately 1 1/2 cups.
