Taco Salad
- 1 large tomato
- lettuce
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 1/2 cups tofu cheese
- 1/2 bag tortilla chips (crushed)
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 small jar catalina or french dressing
- 1 can pinto beans, rinsed
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed
Chop up all ingredients and put them in a medium-sized bowl. Pour in all of the jar of dressing and toss.
Preparation time: 10 minutes.
Serves 4.
