Roadmap/timeline:

1. Cooler [2 stage (existing) or 3 stage peltier]
 - power supply (12V, how much current?)
        [11/9] Andy said 1-2amp should be enough.
 - temperature sensor
        - Chris will make one
        - Buy a thermister from Radio Shack
        - Could buy a thermometer with display for $15 from Radio Shack.
        [11/6] Yuki got a thermister from physics lab with
                resistance data in 1 degree increment.
2. Head (electronics)
 - weight < 4kg
 - PC board (timing, pre-amp)
3. Electronics
 - I/O card     - buy
 - code (timing/reading)
 - computer     - Vit might be able to find one.
4. Software     - Which image display software should we use?
5. Mechanics

What can we do now simultaneously while trying to decide about cooling?

Maybe we could start working on the electronics:
