* Name of our project:
We temporarily decided on YukiScope for the lunar observatory and MSYS
(Mars SCHEME + YukiScope) for the joint project.  Since "YukiScope" means
little for people who don't know me yet, I think "LunaScope" is more
appropriate.

Other ideas:
OSM (Observatory on the Surface of the Moon)
 - When combined with Mars SCHEME: "MSOSM" (nice symmetry and SOS for
	funding :)
OOSOM (Observatory On the Surface Of the Moon)
 - pronounced like "awesome" :)


* We will work on:
 + Telescope
	- deciding wavelength range
	- channels (wavelengths, bandwidths)
	- aperture - deployable (segmented)?
	- optics (effect of meteorites)
	- additional instruments
 + Location in the south polar region
	- how to find ideal spot
	- how to place it there
	- how and where to set up solar cells and transmitter/receiver
 + Communication
	- is direct communication feasible?
	- if relay, is there an ideal Lagrange point? or just a satellite
 + Transportation
	- how to apply Mars SCHEME designs
 + Human involvement
	- for setup?
	- for operation?
	- upgrades/repair
